My Story

I was drawn to massage therapy whilst searching for a new challenge after raising a family.
Once my little ones started school I thought it was time for a fresh start.  I decided to retrain as a
Massage Therapist and grow my own business locally,
in Leigh-on-sea Essex. I absolutely love massage, and seeing how much it benefits clients.


After qualifying as a massage therapist I developed a passion for the more clinical side of massage whilst working at a chiropractic centre and receiving more training with the chiropractic team. I qualified in Deep Tissue which, is one of my favorites for relieving back pain and stress. It was then I decided to develop my skills further by training to be a Reflexologist as I learned how effective this can be in pain management, relaxation and general wellbeing. I have since enhanced my skills as a Reflexologist having completed training in Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage.
Something i find very effective is combining treatments / therapy to the clients needs. As a reflexologist i am able to pin point which areas need working on through different reflexes on the feet or hands, so as to give a more tailored treatment.

I am now pleased to be working from my treatment cabin in Leigh.
Which really adds to the relaxation of the treatment, as its so peacefull!
The cabin is easily accessible from surrounding areas of Southend, Westcliff and Hadleigh.
